Courtney Love doesn't just look rode hard she is a stretch of hard road. The years are not helping her nor is all that plastic surgery she's had lately. Courtney is not going to give up the fight easily, I can see her morphing into Joan Rivers any day now. Or Joycelyn Wildenstein... in fact I see a resemblance already.
